I can offer 3 instruments to perform at your wedding; Piano, Clarinet, and Saxophone. Whether it be Piano background music for the reception, to club hits on the saxophone, i’ve got you covered for the entire day.

Professional Sound & Quality

A high-quality PA system, professional sound engineer, and microphones are included to ensure crystal-clear audio. This comprehensive setup is available and suitable for all venues, events, and gig types, guaranteeing an exceptional sound experience every time.

For an additional fee on top of any wedding or event, you can enjoy exclusive use of the high quality PA system for hours into the evening. This allows us or you to play your own playlist and cut the cost of a DJ whilst still maintaining excellent sound quality throughout your event.

The Experience

You can customise your day however you wish by choosing when you want me to play, what you want me to play, and on which instrument – whether it be piano for your ceremony, clarinet for the breakfast, or DJ sax for the evening, I’ve got you covered.

There will be ongoing consultations with the bride and groom to ensure a tailored musical experience based on your unique preferences.

Pricing for Weddings

Deposit Required
To secure your booking

Base Charge:
One performance session plus booking, setup, travel.

Session Fee:
Discounted rate per extra performance session (see session 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 below).

Daytime package offer:
The music is provided all day excluding evening entertainment with flexibility and choice of instruments.

Full-Day Package:
All sessions provided for the entire day, including the evening entertainment with flexibility and choice of instruments.

*Travel fees apply for locations outside the standard service area at 50p per mile beyond 30 miles. Once deposits are paid, the outstanding balance is then playable 28 days prior to your event via bank transfer or cash

Sessions

I’ve divided the wedding day into distinct parts where music is usually played at weddings, which I refer to as ‘sessions.’ I can provide music for any sessions you choose, so that the music for your special day matches your vision perfectly. Here are the services, and ‘sessions’ of music which I provide.

Session 1 - Reception Music:

Set a sophisticated and timeless ambiance for your guests during the reception, as the bride and groom prepare for their perfect day.

Session 2 - Ceremonial Music:

Welcome your guests with live music as they enter the ceremony room. Enjoy a beautifully crafted soundtrack during your walk down the aisle and while signing your documents, making every moment truly unforgettable.

Session 3 - Cocktail Hour:

Create the perfect mood with soothing background music, providing an elegant backdrop as guests mingle during cocktails, canapés and chatter.

Session 4 - Evening Entertainment:

Enjoy upbeat saxophone music featuring classic club and wedding hits that will have everyone on the dance floor.

Session 5 - Wedding Breakfast:

Create the perfect ambiance as your guests unwind and enjoy their meal, with musical accompaniment that beautifully complements any dining experience.

Bluetooth PA system:

Be your own DJ and rent the sound system for an additional fee. Suitable for all venues and events, guaranteeing an exceptional sound experience.

Frequently asked questions

What styles of music do you play?

I play sax, piano and clarinet. I specialise in classical and popular clarinet, popular and classic covers on piano and club and dance hits on saxophone.

Can we request specific songs or playlists?

Yes, I’m happy to learn special requests – the earlier you book me the better. I will work closely with you prior to your wedding to ensure your wedding music is perfect.

Can you play for the first dance?

Yes, let’s chat about what you have in mind.

Do you provide your own equipment?

Yes, I bring all necessary instruments and sound equipment for the performance. I will also bring my own electric piano if the venue doesn’t have one.

Will there be music on when you're not playing?

Yes, I will provide background music throughout your day and during my breaks.

Can you play outside?

Yes, if the venue has a plug socket nearby I can play piano outside. I have a battery powered, waterproof speaker for acoustic instruments.

How long do you typically perform per session?

Performance lengths vary depending on the session. I don’t charge for the time I play, because every wedding is different. I tailor timings for your wedding, but you can go off approximately 45 minutes per session with staggered playing on longer sessions.

What parts of the day do you perform?

I perform at the reception, the ceremony, the cocktail hour, the wedding breakfast and the evening do and I call these ‘sessions’.

How much do you charge?

My prices are competitive and are available on request. My pricing is transparent and is the same for all customers, but travel fees beyond 30 miles are an additional charge.

How far in advance should we book?

I recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 12 months before your wedding date. I attend lots of wedding fairs and can’t guarantee availability if you don’t secure your booking with a deposit.

What happens if you are unable to perform or cancel?

If I’m unable to perform due to illness or an emergency, you’ll receive a full refund. I’ll also do my best to help find a replacement and provide agency details for you.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due closer to the event date.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, I carry public liability insurance for peace of mind. This can be showed on request.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel a booking but your deposit will be non-refundable. I request that you let me know asap if this is unfortunately the case.

How far do you travel?

I perform mostly for weddings in the north west of England. I can travel across England and abroad with travel expense and accommodation. I charge 50p per mile for areas beyond 30miles.

Do we need to provide food?

No, not for shorter sets. However, if I’m with you all day doing full day packages, a meal would be greatly appreciated.
